What we do:
When a death occurs it is a difficult time for those left behind. We can provide immediate help and guidance with death registrations, coroners issues, will searches and burial & cremation disputes. Our dedicated and experienced staff will help you through these initial issues.
Will disputes:
If you have concerns in relation to the circumstances in which the deceased made a will we can advise you on how that will might be contested. We can advise you on the formalities which should have been followed, whether & how the mental capacity of the deceased at the time the will was made can be challenged and the proofs necessary to determine whether the deceased was unduly influenced into making the will. Time is of the essence when you are considering disputing a will of a deceased relative so that court actions to prevent any immediate distribution can be quickly taken.
