Transfer of Equity
You may wish to transfer a portion of your property as a gift or in return for consideration often at the point of remortgaging. You may be partners or newly wed where one of you owned the property prior to your relationship and you now wish to transfer it into both names. Alternatively relationships could be breaking up and you might want to remove a former partner's name from the property and perhaps add a new registered owner.
