What is corporate governance?
All organisations have to comply with european & national legislation and regulation in relation to their constitution, officers, employees and management. There is collective corporate responsibility for the actions of individuals within the organisation which reflect on its image and its capability.
What we do:
We assist with incorporation & constitution preparation including Memorandum & Articles of Association, advice on the Companies Act 2006 & the evolving powers, duties, roles, responsibilities and liabilities of trustees, board & committee members, officers and directors. We provide proactive advice on the protection of both the public interest and of officers to ensure decisions are based on sound principles. Where necessary we defend challenges.
