What we do;
Wilson Nesbitt provide a fixed cost retainer service which aims to reduce employers' anxiety and lower the risks associated with personnel problems. This service is offered in conjunction with a leading specialist insurer which provides cover for tribunal claims.
For the agreed fixed fee we will provide you with:-
1. an employment law audit to ensure your employment law documentation , policies and systems are up to date
2. pragmatic, commercial and prompt advice from our employment team
3. optional insurance against Tribunal claims; the insurance cover will meet the costs of legal representation to defend the claim as well as an award made against you if you are unsuccessful (subject to the conditions of the policy)
You will also have access to a dedicated private section of our website which contains guidance on employment issues, documentation, and template draft forms and letters.
