Making a Will:

A Will simply ensures that what you leave on your death is distributed in accordance with your wishes, with minimum delay and maybe most importantly with minimum distress for your loved ones. It also means that if assets are of a certain value, the issue of Inheritance Tax can be considered and any tax saving possibilities maximised.
Disputing a Will:
A Will can be disputed if the legal formalities of execution have not been properly effected, if someone has exercised undue influence over the person making the Will or if the person making the Will was not of sound mind when the Will was executed. We can advise and challenge Wills on behalf of families or other disappointed parties.
