Head of Commercial Litigation Katharine graduated from Queen's University in 2000 with a honours law degree and was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in September 2001 where she practised as a barrister until joining Wilson Nesbitt in January 2004. Katharine has requalified as a solicitor and is now the partner in the firm that leads our commercial litigation team in Belfast dealing with commercial and debt litigation, property recovery, and insolvency for private clients as well as several major lending institutions. Katharine also has considerable experience both as a barrister and with Wilson Nesbitt in high value and complex matrimonial & family law matters; Katharine supervises the matrimonial & family law team in our Belfast Office.
