Family Estates Executive Emily graduated from Queen's University Belfast in July 2005 with an honours degree in Geography and joined the estates team in Wilson Nesbitt immediately thereafter. Emily has experience in estate administration, gifting, inheritance tax, Office of Care and Protection, powers of attorney applications and in Will drafting. Emily also works in family and matrimonial work and acts for clients in the resolution of non molestation, custody, contact, adoption, separation, maintenance, divorce and financial settlement issues.
