Marketing Director Ian graduated in law from Queens University Belfast in 1999. In August 1999 Ian left Northern Ireland to work as a volunteer for Operation Mobilisation which was a ship based part of an international charity; he was part of the office team which was responsible for the well being of the volunteers. On Ian's return to the UK he joined the lender services department of Wilson Nesbitt in September 2001. In 2002 Ian moved to the residential conveyancing team where he was appointed a supervisor, then subsequently a risk manager and then finally head of the Belfast office residential conveyancing team. Ian's success in attracting new business to his team resulted in his appointment in 2008 as the firm's marketing director. Ian is responsible for marketing all of the firm's services and interacts with all department heads to maximise the attraction of new work opportunities for the firm. "I really enjoy working in an environment where responsibility is devolved to the our case handlers; this makes for a good team atmosphere. I know the pressure everyone is under, how good they are the sophistication of our IT support. Knowing the quality of our service delivery capabilities makes marketing the firm an easy sell."
