Partner Philip is qualified to practice in both Northern Ireland and England and Wales and was previously a partner and head of employment in a leading firm in England. Philip heads up our team that specialises in advising employers and provides seminars for existing and prospective business clients on employment law. In particular he works proactively with employers to ensure their systems are robust and advises his clients prior to crucial decisions. Philip is a speaker at employment law conferences.
