Head of Human Resources Felicity Townley after completing her HND in Business Studies at the University of Ulster, joined Solaglas for over 2 years developing their computer systems throughout Northern Ireland. She then joined Wilson Nesbitt Solicitors in 1991 as a Part-time Book Keeper. As the firm grew and the job developed, the partners agreed to install a hi-tech computer link for home working, allowing Felicity to combine her increasing role at work and as a mother. In 2002 Felicity was promoted and trained as the firm's first Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for all personnel throughout the two offices and deals with all aspects of recruitment. | In any spare time that is left after work and looking after her family, she enjoys horse riding. She helps organise a local parent and toddlers group, as well as being an active member of her local church. |
