Head of Human Resources Felicity Townley after completing her HND in Business Studies at the University of Ulster, joined Solaglas for over 2 years developing their computer systems throughout Northern Ireland. She then joined Wilson Nesbitt Solicitors in 1991 as a Part-time Book Keeper. As the firm grew and the job developed, the partners agreed to install a hi-tech computer link for home working, allowing Felicity to combine her increasing role at work and as a mother. In 2002 Felicity was promoted and trained as the firm's first Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for the 145 personnel throughout the two offices and deals with all aspects of recruitment. | In any spare time that is left after work and looking after her family, she enjoys horse riding. She helps organise a local parent and toddlers group, as well as being an active member of her local church. |
