Obel offers homebuyers the high life
Solicitors in Belfast will be seeing new buyers considering a purchase in one of the city's highest buildings, as 64 new apartments become available at the Obel Tower.
The Belfast Telegraph reports that the new flats will become available in the 28-storey complex at the end of the month, with one, two and three-bedroom apartments on offer in Donegall Quay.
Northern Ireland solicitors are set to see first-time buyers vying for the studio flats, duplexes and penthouses, as they are geared to attract new purchasers.
At a cost of £75 million, the Obel Tower promises luxury accommodation that will stand out in Belfast city centre as a landmark in itself and a novel place to live.
Gayle Boyce, director of Karl Properties, told the Belfast Telegraph: "This is a fantastic opportunity for purchasers to live in a premier contemporary space in Belfast city centre.
"With two additional levels now added to the Obel Tower, and much attention on balancing aesthetics and function, Obel is a celebration of harmonious high quality design with stylish living."
The foundation and two basement car parks have been finished and over the next two years a hotel, offices and more housing will be added to the development.
