Hosting

Why do you need a hosting agreement?

When a website has been developed the data needs to be stored in a location which is accessible to viewers of the internet. There are hardware and software issues and the hosting of the data is usually outsourced to a specialist company. The hosting agreement regulates the relationship and service provided. The agreement will deal with permitted content, intellectual property rights, exclusion of liability, variation, termination, uptime, backing up and security.

How we can help

Wilson Nesbitt Solicitors will provide or review the hosting agreement and advise on each parties rights under the contract. In situations were there is inappropriate, sensitive or valuable data being stored we will ensure that you are protected. We will also ensure the agreement is fully implemented and legally binding.
