Solicitors Negligence

Solicitors Negligence

The credit crunch has left many folk with financial headaches and contractual burdens. Many of these problems were perhaps self inflcted but some have undoubtedly been caused by a failure of clients to properly understand the consequences of their actions. In some circumstances this failure can be as a consequence of the client not having been properly advised and it may be possible to hold the client's solicitor responsible either for an inappropriate action, for a failure to properly advise or for a failure to effect an action. In particular clients can be left responsible for completing property purchase transactions beyond their ability to finance.
