Separation Agreements

A Separation Agreement is not a divorce, the most common form of Separation Agreement is made without any court intervention and deals with residence, custody, contact, visitation access, education, non relocation, financial, property and the future planned divorce. A well drawn Separation Agreement between parties anxious to fairly resolve their issues can cost effectively resolve many couples problems. Such agreement signed in front of separate solicitors is binding on both parties until divorce proceedings commence at which time the Courts can be asked to make an order confirming the terms of the Agreement.
