Our case management system creates an 'action list' for each member of our team. The 'action list' is made up of all the tasks allocated to that team member in all the case plans they have open. If a task on the action list is not completed on theday it is supposed to, it will show upon the team members 'action list' in red on every subsequent day until completed. Case management drives the transaction forward, and as it sets a deadline for each step in the process; it makes for speedy and efficient completion of the entire legal matter.
There is no possibility of the legal matter simply disappearing out of sight. Instructions can be sent to us via our website, fax, email or electronic file transfer which is automatically imported directly into our case management system. Case management is being employed across our offices in all legal areas.
