Each member our team has a desktop personal computer with e-mail capability. Where our clients are similarly equipped, the majority of instructions can be requested and given, and other written communication conducted, by e-mail. Each member of staff has an individual direct dial telephone number to enable direct interaction with case handlers. Telephone extensions have voicemail facilities to ensure that every that every telephone call will get response.
• Every document produced from our case management systems contains the Direct Dial telephone number and e-mail address of the case handler running client files in addition to all our main office contact information.
• Online contact forms are in place on our web sites to enable users to e-mail Wilson Nesbitt.
• If required the case management software we use can automatically e-mail the customers at particular points in the legal process to keep them informed in 'real time' as to what is happening in their matter (e.g. Deeds received).
• If required E-mail auto responders can be set up to confirm to companies or individuals that we have received emails sent by them ensuring all instructions are accounted for.
• Automatic 'real time' sms text messaging capabilities are built into the case management software updating clients the moment something changes in their legal matter.
