The latest Northern Ireland Quarterly House Price Index has been released by the University of Ulster in respect of the last quarter of 2014.

The average house price in Northern Ireland in the last 3 months of 2014 was £143,675 - up by over £10,000 compared to the same quarter in 2013. Below is a detailed look at the league tables of property values by region and house type.
